You have 2 options

A. Tenant Finding

FREE launch fee followed by 25%* of the first months rent for each tenant found.

B. Fully Managed

FREE launch fee followed by just 6%* of each months rent.

If your house is more than 15 miles from hatched.co.uk's offices:

We can provide a Tenant Finding service

C. Tenant Finding

£199* launch fee followed by the following fees for each tenant found

10%* of the first months rent for the first tenant we find you.
25%* of the first months rent for each subsequent that we find for you.
